It’s funny how often we see one part of someone and mistake it for a whole. We see a glimmer of a person who appears cute and charming and fill in all of the rest of the blanks in our mind before even realizing that they aren’t as perfect as we make them out to be. Similarly we…

I’m embarrassed to admit that the top of my floor has now reached the height of my bed and I might actually have to start cleaning my room. I’ve almost run out of clean clothes and I’ve definitely run out of excuses not to do so (that is one thing exams are good for “I’m too busy studying to clean my room mum!”).
Here’s a cute little poem reflecting my dilemma.
Whosever room this is should be ashamed!
His underwear is hanging on the lamp.
His raincoat is there in the overstuffed chair,
And the chair is becoming quite mucky and damp.
His workbook is wedged in the window,
His sweater’s been thrown on the floor.
His scarf and one ski are beneath the TV,
And his pants have been carelessly hung on the door.
His books are all jammed in the closet,
His vest has been left in the hall.
A lizard named Ed is asleep in his bed,
And his smelly old sock has been stuck to the wall.
Whosever room this is should be ashamed!
Donald or Robert or Willie or—
Huh? You say it’s mine? Oh, dear,
I knew it looked familiar!

Since my mum is always nagging me about how much caffeine I drink and how unhealthy it is and my heart is going to explode and all my gory insides will be splattered all over her beautiful wood floors (i may be exaggerating a bit), I’ve decided to investigate how much caffeine I can take in before I actually croak.
SO assuming my weight is 50kg (which i’m neither denying nor confirming)
apparently it’ll take:
218.97 cans of coke zero (because the real coke makes me feel guilty)
or
94.94 cans of red bull (these are for the hardcore studying times)
or
160.07 cups of tea (when i’m feeling fanciful).
SO there mum! My health is in no jeopardy whatsoever.
